We will be happy to assist you in obtaining the maximum insurance benefits to which you are entitled; however, the agreement of your insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between your insurance carrier and you.

Our fees reflect the time that the doctor spends with each patient and we are proud of the overall quality of care and the service that we provide in our practice. We request that you pay for service on the date rendered and we have a number of options to assist you.
